These times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

*Note that these times do not include pre-orders, these times will be added to the pre-order 3-4weeks time

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please contact your local carrier for assistance.
